JAMMU, Feb 24: For awareness of common masses, J&K Bank, Branch office Chakmalal, organized a Financial Literacy Camp at Narayan Panchayat Ghar, Kour.
The camp was presided over by the Branch Head, Ashok Khajuria, FID Officer Ishan Gupta and Incharge Advances, Sandeep Malhotra.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Khajuria made the participants aware about various schemes and products of deposits, advances and insurance of the bank, such as PMJJBY, PMSBY, APY, Laadli Beti etc. He asked the people to avail benefit of these schemes.
The participants in the camp put forward certain suggestions and enquired about various schemes in detail. On the spot, a number of people availed insurance of PMJJBY and PMSBY.
Sarpanch Raju Ram Manhas and Om Parkash Sharma of the area, were among the special invitees for participation in the camp.
