JAMMU, Feb 29: After holding selection trials at Green Field ground, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, the Jammu and Kashmir Tennis Ball Cricket Association selected a team to represent the State in the forthcoming All India Tennis Ball Cricket Championship to be held at Trivannimalai in Tamil Nadu from March 5 to March 7, 2016.
The team was screened by the Screening Committee members of Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council today at the same venue. The Screening Committee members included Shiv Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary State Sports Council, Arjuna Awardee, Krupali Patel Singh and International Fencer, Rashid Ahmed.
The State team will be leaving for Tamil Nadu on March 2, 2016.
