REASI, Mar 18: Defeating Kaka Cricket Club in a thrilling summit clash, National Cricket Club Reasi lifted the title trophy of the Reasi District Tennis Ball Cricket Championship, organized by Reasi District Tennis Ball Cricket Association at Zorawar Stadium, here.
In an exciting contest, NCC defeated the rivals via super over after the scores leveled in the stipulated overs.
Batting first, NCC scored 47 runs. Mudasir top scored with 23 runs, while Sahil was the pick of the bowlers from Kalka Club, claiming 3 important wickets.
KCC, in reply also scored 47 runs in the allotted overs. So the match was decided via super over, wherein KCC scored 3 runs, which were easily chased by the NCC.
The winners will now be part of 8th Tennis Ball Cricket State Championship to be held in Jammu shortly.
