JAMMU, Apr 29: The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of some officers besides assigning additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks & Gardens Department to Farooq Ahmad Shah, Managing Director J&K Tourism Development Corporation.
Earlier, Rohit Kansal was holding the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary Floriculture, Parks & Gradens Department, in addition to his own duties.
Meanwhile, according to another order, Kavita Pandoh, Under Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission (Camp office, Jammu) while Kiran Raina, Under Secretary, Relief & Rehabilitation Department, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer, Government Medical College Jammu on ex-cadre basis vice Jeet Kumar, who shall await further orders in the office of the Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
Delex Namgyal, whose services had been placed at the disposal of the Information Department last month and was awaiting further orders, shall continue as Private Secretary to the Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh, in relaxation of the laid down policy.
Jahangir Hashmi, Deputy Secretary, Planning and Development Department, shall also function as Mission Director, Udaan and Mission Director, Special Scholarship Scheme.
Mohammad Yasin Lone, a member of J&K Economic and Statistical (G) Service, Chief Executive Office, Tourism Development Authority, Aharbal, has been repatriated and posted as Special Assistant with the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Health & Medical Education and Social Welfare.
Further, the Government has also granted 60 days earned leave from 1-4-2016 to 31-05-2016 in favour of Rimpy Ohri, Registrar, J&K Sales Tax Tribunal and assigned additional charge of this post to Musheer Ahmad, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Hqr).
