JAMMU, May 11: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu, Sunit Gupta today rejected the bail application of Sunil Kumar, who was arrested by the police in abetment to suicide
After hearing CPO Jawaid Ahmed Khajwaja with Senior PO Vijay Sudan, the CJM observed, “perusal of the CD files reveals atrocities and cruelties were meted out to the deceased at the hands of accused which ultimately led to the suicidal attempt by the deceased”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
