JAMMU, May 15: A Working Committee meeting of Jammu Central Mahajan Sabha (JCMS) was held today under the chairmanship of Vinod Gupta, president Mahajan Sabha.
In the meeting previous year’s income expenditure statement was passed with appreciation from all the members.
The president announced the election as his term has expired.
The Working Committee proposed the name of Om Parkash Gupta as Election Commissioner. He with the approval of the house announced the date for the election of new president which stood of July 17, 2016.
The prominent members along with Chander Mohan (general secretary) Sat Paul Gupta (treasurer), Amar Chand Ji, Romesh Gupta (ex-president) I C Jandial and Amar Nath, chief pattern attended the meeting.
