JAMMU, May 19: CAPD XI registered a big win in the pre-quarter final of 24th State Football Championship by beating its rival AG Office XI by 3-0.
The match was played at Synthetic Turf Football Stadium at 5 PM. Displaying spectacular skills in the match the players of CA&PD (F&S) XI was ahead its rival with 1-0 till half time. As soon as the play started after half time, the players of CAPD XI missed no opportunity and pelted two more goals and thus win the match by 3-0.
The scorers for CAPD XI were Imran, Umer Rasool and Altar. Tomorrow, Ist semifinal match of the Championship will be played between J&K Police XI and J&K Bank XI at 5 PM.
