JAMMU, Sept 19: One day extension lecture on career in IT was organized by the BCA department of Government MAM College in collaboration with NIIT here today.
Dr Ramesh Chander, college principal highlighted the broader prospectus of IT as career. He pointed out that this lecture would prove very fruitful for the students and suggested to hold such kind of more lectures in near future.
HoD Computer Applications, Prof Sujat Khan in his address spoke on the benefits of the lecture and the future prospects of IT. He further stated that such informative events enable the students to get familiar with upcoming challenges. He also threw light on the prospects in IT.
Amit Uniyal, Assistance Manager Education, NIIT Ltd was the resource person. He deliberated in detail the wide horizon of IT sector and elaborated various option in IT as career. The vote of thanks was presented by the Gohar Ahmed Dar.
