SAMBA, June 2: First District Samba Kick Boxing Championship, organised by District Samba Kick Boxing Association concluded at Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana.
Ajay Sharma, General Secretary, Samba District and Arun Singh, Technical Director J&K State Kick Boxing Association (KAJK) successfully conducted the two day tournament with total 200 participants from different schools of Samba.
Overall trophy was won by Rich Harvest Public School, Bari Brahmana by their Coach Ajay Sharma. First runner-up trophy was won by Humanity Public School by their coach Nikhil Jaral and second runner-up trophy was won by Bharti Public School by Anil.
MK Bhardwaj was the chief guest on the valedictory function, who awarded the winners in presence of Abhishek Jain, State General Secretary, Kick Boxing Association, Gourav Chopra, General Secretary, District Congress Jammu and Sanjeev Luthra.
While speaking, Chopra said that youth is the future of Nation and by taking part in games one develops many qualities which are necessary for a healthy and prosperous life.
