RAMBAN, July 4: Taking a serious notice of negligence in restoring supply of safe drinking water in Ramban town, District Development Commissioner Ramban, Mohammad Aijaz today placed Junior Engineer (JE), PHE Ramban, Jagjeet Singh under suspension with immediate effect .
In the meantime, the salary of Executive Engineer PHE (Hydraulic) Ramban and Assistant Executive Engineer, Sub- Division, Ramban, Sandeep Singh has been withheld till further order.
ADDC Ramban has been asked to enquire into the matter involving the issue of public health.
