Selection trials on July 11, 12

JAMMU, July 7: As proposed by the J&K State Sports Council, the selection trials for Taekwondo and Kayaking and Canoeing for Extension Centre, Srinagar will be held on July 11 and 12 for the session 2016-17.
The selection committee members include Director Incharge and her representatives, Representative of Secretary, J&K State Sports Council, Satish Sharma, Incharge, Extension Centre, Srinagar, Coach of concerned disciplines to be deputed by J&K State Sports Council and international and outstanding sportspersons of the area.
Satish Sharma will coordinate with the State Sports Council for the smooth conduct of these selection trials. After concluding the trials, he will also ensure holding age estimation tests of the selected probables for which issue may be pursued with concerned Health Department in time.
Rajinder Magotra, Basketball Coach and Rajeev Dogra, Volleyball Coach of Extension Centre Srinagar will also assist in conducting the selection trials.
VK Sharma, Incharge, STC Jammu will be the representative of the Director Incharge.
