DODA, July 10: A National Lok Adalat was held at court complex, here for the cases pertaining to the electricity and domestic water under the chairmanship of Additional District and Sessions Judge Doda Haq Nawaz Zargar.
A bench was constituted, which was headed by OP Thakur, Chairman, Tehsil Legal Services Committee, CJM Doda and assisted by Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Doda Arun Kumar Kotwal and Naib Tehsildar Mohammad Younis Zargar.
In the said Lok, a total of 657 cases pertaining to Electricity Sub-Division Doda and 56 case of PHE Division Doda were taken up and an amount of Rs 3,37,700 was recovered on spot. Besides this, an award of Rs 54,158,05 was also passed. Some domestic cases were also settled.
