UDHAMPUR, July 11: The locals of Ward number 1 in Chenani, protested here today for demanding regular supply of drinking water in the locality.
The protesting people raised slogans against PHE authorities and alleged that there was no regular supply of drinking water to their area for the last several months.
They alleged that despite repeated requests to the concerned authorities, the PHE Department did not take any step to repair the damaged water supply line.
The protest demonstration was addressed by Rohit Gupta, Anwar Husan, Sanjeev Gupta, Ajay Singh and Vikas Sharma.
