JAMMU, July 15: 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu (Special Court under NDPS Act) MA Chowdhary today rejected the bail application of one Sheetal Singh, who was arrested by the police under NDPS Act.
After hearing APP, Ajay Singh Manhas for the State whereas Advocate SK Puri for the accused person, the court observed, “the illicit drugs have a high addiction potential and there is gradual increase in their intake”, adding “this tendency is required to be checked”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
