JAMMU, July 25: The Government today ordered cancellation of attachment of all Government employees of different departments working in the Civil Secretariat.
In an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) and addressed to all Administrative Secretaries and Heads of Departments, the Government said a similar order for detachment of all employees of different departments working in the Civil Secretariat had been issued on July 17, 2008.
However, the today’s order said, it has been observed that some employees still remained attached in the Departments of Civil Secretariat.
“It has once again been impressed upon all Administrative Secretaries to detach all attached employees immediately and send them back to their parent organizations in compliance of the Government order immediately,” the order said and asked the Departments to send the compliance report to the GAD within a week.
