‘Show n Tell’ Competition held

JAMMU, Aug 8: Daffodils Care Convent Pre School, Jain Bazar held “Show n Tell” competition for LKG and UKG students, here today.
The competition was organised to develop the observational skill and improve spoken skill of the children.
Children showed different objects and models prepared by them with the help of their parents and spoke few lines about their models.
The models including different homes of animals, cow shed kennel, nest, igloo, fruits and vegetables baskets, traffic light, trees, fish and model of earth were very well made and decorated.
The first three position holders were given prizes, while others got participation certificates.
Narinder Gupta and Renu Mahajan, Chairpersons of the School were the special judges on the occasion. They were even surprised to hear such an explanation about the models from small kids at this age.
Narinder Gupta advised the Principal to organise these kinds of competition in future also.
