JAMMU, Aug 10: Ist Additional Sessions Judge Jammu M A Chowdhary today rejected the bail application of Nand Kishore, a police cop who managed appointment on fake driving license.
After hearing Advocate Surinder Singh appearing for the applicant whereas APP Ajay Singh Manhas appearing for the State, the court said, “keeping in view the gravity of the offence of applicant a thorough probe is required”. Accordingly, court rejected the bail application.
