JAMMU, Aug 19: All J&K Plus-2 Lecturers Forum has asked the Government to ensure safety and security of all the employees of School Education Department, including Principals, Field Advisors and Lecturers from Jammu region working in Kashmir Valley, before calling them to attend their duties considering the present unrest going on in the Valley.
This demand was made during monthly meeting of the Forum, which was held today under the chairmanship of Deepak Sharma, working president of the Forum, for discussing various issues concerning the Plus-2 community.
Members of the House urged Director School Education Jammu to transfer the Lecturers at the earliest so as to provide relief to those working in far flung areas at the earliest and provide staff as per requirement as per the Transfer Policy and complete the transfer process as early as possible.
Speakers stressed upon achieving the Benefit of Running Grade Pattern to remove the worst type of stagnation in service of the Plus-2 community.
N S Jamwal, Advisor to the Forum, urged the authorities to expedite the process of regularization of all the Incharge incumbents of the Plus-2 Cadre which has been pending for years together.
Others who spoke on the occasion, included Anil Sharma, R S Salathia, Charan Dass, Dr Sushma, Sanjay Bhagat, Tarsem Singh, Narinder Sharma, Pardeep Singh, Kashmir Singh and Ajmer Singh.
