SKUAST NTEA-J team visits KVK Rajouri

RAJOURI, Sept 23:  Office bearers of Non Teaching Employees Association- Jammu visited Regional Agricultural Research Station and Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Rajouri to meet the non teaching employees and to listen their problems.
The visiting Association members were given warm welcome by the non teaching staff of KVK and Research Station. Threadbare discussions were held with the officials of the different cadres. The main three issues on which the employees showed their concern included; Implementation of technical grades in favour of the employees having technical field; Provision of liveries to Drivers and Class IV employees; and Promotion of class IV employees at the pattern of other cadres and transfer of employees.
The Association members briefed the employees that all the issues raised by them were already under consideration and being vigorously followed with the administration to have their logical conclusion.
The Financial Assistance was given to one of the employee of RARS Rajouri who is suffering from severe disease and ensured him further assistance from the Association. President, senior vice-president and general secretary of  Non Teaching Employees Association appreciated the work culture developed in the KVK & Research Station and stressed upon the employees for more improvement of work culture for the overall development of the University.   The Association members included B N Singh, president, SKD Singh, senior vice president, Zamir Ul Haq, general secretary and Vikas Gandotra, treasurer.
