JAMMU, Sept 27: Gold’s Gym Jammu–an international brand and trusted name in fitness industry organized “Gold’s Max Weighted Squat” competition among its members.
It was another of its many fitness events held periodically to spread health and fitness among its members.
A huge number of members participated in the competition to vie for the top honours.
Dr Guneet Sethi and Arjun emerged winners in Max Weight Squat of 167 kg and Max Weight Squat of 150 kg respectively.
In female category, Dr Anjali and Sapna Jain emerged winners.
