REASI, Oct 12: A boy was mauled to death by a leopard in Hassote area.
The victim identified as Noor Hussain (12) son of Bashir Ahmed was a resident of Hassote area. As soon as the boy came out from his home for some work, a leopard attacked and dragged him to the forest area. Family members raised an alarm following which a search was launched for Noor Hussain by the locals.
Later, the mutilated body of the boy was found at some distance in the area falling under the jurisdiction of police station Chassana.
