JAMMU, Nov 10: Jammu and Kashmir Badminton Association is organizing 43rd State Badminton Championship from November 17 to November 20, 2016 at Police Badminton Hall Gulshan Ground and Indoor Hall, MA Stadium, here.
According to a handout issued here, around 200 players are expected to participate in the event.
The events to be held in the Championship include men and women singles/doubles and mixed doubles; Under-13, 15, 17 and 19 singles and doubles and Under-10 boys and girls singles only.
The teams to represent the State in Sub Junior Nationals and Junior Nationals to be held at Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh and Udupi, Karnataka will be selected from this Championship.
The Association has asked all the District secretaries to send the entry by or before November 15, 2016. The draws will be held on November 16, 2016 at 11 am.
