NEW DELHI, Nov 11:Govt tells SC it has returned 43 names recommended by the collegium for appointment as HC judges. Out of 77 names recommended by the collegium, 34 have been cleared for appointment as HC judges says AG.
AG tells SC that not a single file on appointment of judges is pending with the Govt.
Fresh MoP draft sent by Govt to SC on Aug 3, yet to receive reply says AG. (agencies)
