Rotary Hospital Udhampur organizes free eye camp

JAMMU, Nov 21: One day free eye camp was organized by Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur at Hari Prabhu Sanstha, Gujroo Nagrota.
Medical team from Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur, led by Dr Ankur Goel (Ophthalmic Surgeon), examined the patients. In the said camp, 120 patients were examined and out of whom 28 were screened for implantation of IOL. IOL will be implanted at Rotary Eye & ENT Hospital Udhampur on Nov 27, 2016.
S  C Gupta actively participated in the camp by way of providing wide publicity among the rural masses regarding the camp. All the members of Sanstha attended the camp actively for its smooth functioning.
On the occasion, Rotary Club Udhampur committed that it will continue to organize more such camps in rural and backward areas of J & K State to prevent the preventable blindness in J & K State so that poor and needy people are benefitted.
Rtn D. N. Sharma, V S Raja, Rtn Rajendra Sanson, Rtn Geeta Raj, Rtn Manju Sharma and Anuradha Sanson actively participated in the camp.
