JAMMU, Nov 30: KC Sports Club organized a Bench Press Contest to encourage healthy competition among its members and other sections of the society in displaying their strengths and skills in the Club, today.
It was a contest related to overall physical fitness.
The contest turned out to be quite exciting in view of the closeness of final results. Zorawar Singh was declared as winner as he lifted 125 Kgs while Vishal Sharma and Varun Sharma remained second and third after lifting 120 Kg and 110 Kg respectively.
It is pertinent to mention here that KC Sports Club provides world class facilities for health, fitness and acquisition of skills in various games.
