JAMMU, Dec 5: On the eve of BSF Raising Day, Frontier Headquarter BSF Jammu, organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with the Department of Blood Transfusion, Government Medical College Jammu.
68 BSF personnel donated their blood during the camp, which was inaugurated by D K Updhyaya, Inspector General Frontier Hq BSF Jammu. DIG/PSO, Ram Awtar, supervised the camp, which was organized by Dr K S Kumar, Commandant (Medical) Ftr Hq BSF Jammu..
Speaking on the occasion, D K Updhyaya highlighted various activities of BSF under civic action plan, besides operational commitments.
Sanjay Gehlot, DIG (Prov); S M Mahita, DIG (Comn); S S Shekhon, DIG (Ops) and Dharmender Pareek, DIG (G), were also present during the blood donation camp.
