JAMMU, Dec 10: Chairman J&K Bank Parvez Ahmad today said that the Bank is taking all necessary steps to ensure its progress and growth with the active support of the staff.
Addressing a function organized by J&K Bank Officers Association at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium in New University Campus here, he said it is a matter of pleasure that the staff of the Bank has come to expectations of the management at all times particularly during demonetization of the currency. He commended the role of Officers Association for supporting the management in all its policies.
He while appreciating the services the retires officers assured them that their issues and problems will be taken care of.

Parvez Ahmad was the chief guest along with Rouf Bhat, S.S Sehal, Vagish Sharma executive presidents , Abdul Rashid and M S Wani Senior Presidents and RK Chibber, Chairman Gramin Bank.
A colourful cultural prgoramme was also presented on the occasion.
Parbhat Singh Jamwal in his welcome address said the role played by bank staff for exhibiting patience and hard work particularly during the demonetization of currency has no parallel any where.
Suresh Gupta, general secretary, assured the management that the staff of the Bank will stand by and work hard to raise the level of the institution as high under the stewardship of newly elected chairman. He appealed the management that staff issues and Human resources issues must be dealt on priority basis so that the grievances of the officers are resolved promptly.
