UDHAMPUR, Dec 15: Kendriya Vidyalaya No-1 Udhampur celebrated KVS Foundation Day with zeal and zest, here today.
Principal of the School Rajesh Pandey was the chief guest on the occasion.
After the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, pledge on KVS Foundation Day was presented by the Principal, highlighting the motto of KVS Organization.
An Art Exhibition displaying the creativity of students was the centre of attraction.
Earlier, PGT Hindi Sanjay Purohit read the message of Commissioner, Santosh Kumar Mall.
Usha Koul, HM Primary Section highlighted the significance and role of KVS in the development of the students.
Class Manuscript Magazine from classes I to VIII under cmp & equip was also released on the occasion. Group Dance Competition was organized for Secondary Classes in which four houses namely Krishna, Ganga, Narmada and Brahmputra participated.
Principal in his speech highlighted the glorious past of KVS.
