GKCC defeats SKCC by 41 runs in friendly match

Samba, Dec 18: Greater Kashmir Cricket Club (GKCC) defeated Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket club by 41 runs in friendly T-20 cricket match, which was played at Sports Stadium, here today.
Putting to bat first, GKCC led by Rahul scored 134 runs by losing 4 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Amit scored highest 43 runs off 27 balls, while Gourav chipped in 23 runs in 13 balls.
For SKCC side, Mandeep, Shallu and Bharat took 1 wicket each in their 4 overs spell.
While chasing the target, SKCC led by Aman managed to score only 93 runs by losing all the wickets. Sumit scored highest 21 run in 18 balls, while Shallu contributed with 20 runs.
Sidhant from GKCC was the wrecker-in-chief, who scalped 4 wickets by conceding 9 runs in 2 overs, while Rahul took 2 wickets in 2 overs.
Sidhant was adjudged as Man of the Match for his magnificent bowling performance.
