JAMMU, Dec 19: The Government has placed three Incharge Superintending Engineers ( Civil) as I/C Chief Engineers.
The SEs who have been elevated to next position are- Ashok Kumar Gupta, Bhushan Lal Dhar and Padam Nath Bali. After promotion, Ashok Gupta has been placed as I/C Chief Engineer, Design Inspection and Quality Control; B L Dhar as I/C Chief Engineer Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC), whereas, P N Bali has been placed as Director, ERA in Jammu.
