SRINAGAR, Jan 11: With an aim to introduce new snow sports at Gulmarg and to develop winter tourism in the state the Winter Games Association of J&K is organizing a 10 day-long Snow Kayaking Course at Gulmarg shortly.
Eleven boys from different parts of the state are taking part in this first-ever course. The training will be imparted under the supervision of former Kashmir University Adventure Sports Coach Muhammad Yusuf who will be assisted by NIS Kayaking Coach Zulfikar Hussain.
The association has invited applications on plain paper from the interested boys giving their phone numbers, email address and mentioning their experience in adventure sports.
Only those boys who have sufficient experience in adventure would be considered.
