RAJOURI, Feb 15: To mitigate the electricity problem of people of Jawaharnagar area, today inaugurated a power transformer of 400KV.This transformer has been provided from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) of MLC. The estimated cost of transformer is 4.5 lakhs.
Addressing the locals Gupta said due to the very low voltage the people were facing many problems especially the students were the worst suffers and said that with the upgradation of transformer the people will definitely get relief. He stated that we are progressing daily and it is his priority to install new transformer in every nook and corner where people have been facing problems pertaining to low voltage and heavy electricity cuts.
While reminding the public about the slogan: Sab Ka Saath Sab Ka Vikas of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said there is no doubt that development must be for everyone but this also calls for equal participation from everyone in this process. He urged the masses that we must become part of the developmental initiatives of the Government.
Gupta also appreciated the work of PDD Division for putting their best efforts and solving public problems on priority.
Speaking on the occasion, district president BJP Dinesh Sharma expressed confidence in the role of Coalition Government in mitigating the sufferings of people and he asked people to become the eyes and ears of the Government to help in implementing the government schemes and plans.
Senior BJP leader Bharat Bhushan Vaid speaking on the occasion said that such small initiatives will one day lead towards making this area well developed.
