JAMMU, Mar 10: Kidzee, Roop Nagar Enclave celebrated annual day today at Abhinav Theatre.
On the occasion, Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment Choudhary Lal Singh was the chief guest, while RS Jamwal, Joint Commissioner JMC and Dr Vinod Sharma HOD Computer were guests of honour.
Addressing the kids, the Minister emphasized on the importance of mother in life, early childhood, good habits and importance of balanced diet.
The Minister also apprised the students about the importance of forests and urged them to live in harmony with the nature. He also called upon the parents and school administration to make the kids aware about the importance of forest cover for existence of life on this planet.
Sona Pathania, Principal in her address talked about the activities being carried out in the school for the development of child. She also said that this branch of Kidzee has been adjudged as the best debutant school by the parent body Kidzee Learning Solutions.
On the occasion, students presented cultural items, which were highly appreciated by the audience with thundering applauses.
Mementos were presented to the students besides the highlights of the year were shared with the gathering.
In the end, the vote of thanks was presented by Manish Pathania.
