NEW DELHI: The result of Indian Forest Service examination was today declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
A total of 110 candidates have been declared successful by the Commission, an official release said.
Of these, 48 candidates are of General category, 37 belong to Other Backward Classes, 17 to Scheduled Castes and eight to Scheduled Tribes, it said.
The final selection is based on the results of the Indian Forest Service (main) examination held in November, 2016 followed by personality test in February-March, 2017.
