UDHAMPUR: Asserting that 40 years of bloodshed only killed innocents, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today asked youth of Kashmir that they have two options terrorism or tourism.
“Forty years have passed, but nobody got benefitted due to bloodshed in Kashmir rather our loved ones and innocents died,” Mr Modi said, while addressing a jam-packed public rally here after inaugurating country’s longest Chenani-Nashri tunnel.
The Prime Minister said, “I want to ask the youth of Kashmir. They have two options, terrorism or tourism.”
“I feel sad when I see bloodshed on my own Kashmir valley. Give chance to tourism because bloodshed never benefitted anyone,” he added.
“Had you chosen tourism over terrorism, the picture of Kashmir would have been completely different,” said that Prime Minister adding that tourists from across the world would have visited to Kashmir.
“Centre is with you. Give a chance to tourism,” he asserted. (AGENCIES)
