JAMMU, Apr 2: Race Academy, a leading stake holder in the IIT-JEE and Medical coaching field, has tied up with the Narayana IIT/PMT Academy, the Asia’s largest education venture to start their coaching centres in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
Narayana Group, a 10 thousand crores plus entity, is currently teaching more than three lakh students in 500 centres, 400 junior colleges, 200 residential schools and more than a dozen professional colleges including Medical and Engineering colleges.
In the second week of April 2017, the company will start its first ever operation in association with Race Academy at 77 AD Gandhinagar Jammu, run by IITians and experienced brand faculty. This centre shall be an ultra modern destination for the coaching and training of aspirants of IIT-JEE and Medical stream. This centre shall be followed by opening up of a grand centre in Srinagar later this year.
During the last 38 years of establishment, Narayana Group has produced more number of doctors and engineers than any other institution in the country.
Briefing media, . R K Dubey, Chairman of the Race Academy, highlighted the need for quality training in competitive education. He assured that Narayana IIT PMT Academy will provide the best ever platform to the students of Jammu and Kashmir ensuring their selections with ranks in IIT-JEE and Medical entrance examinations.
Dr Rashid Choudhary, the CEO of the Race Academy, revealed that the Centre will start class work from April, 15, 2017, offering Crash Courses for JKCET, IIT-JEE, NEET, AIMS and other entrance examinations along with 11th and 12th class teaching and integrated programmes. He also announced that soon a grand Scholarship Festival shall be launched for meritorious students, before the start of class work. He revealed that, at Narayana IIT PMT Academy Gandhinagar, Jammu, most comprehensive course content will be delivered by the India’s top most faculty from IITs and reputed brands. The weekly CPT test system shall be the central axis of the coaching technique at Narayana-Race venture. Only a limited number of students shall be admitted this year. There shall be 10 percent free seats reserved for the meritorious students from Below Poverty Line section and other marginalized communities of the society. These seats shall be filled by conducting a special test later this month.
