Heritageans celebrate 12th Founder’s Day

Jammu, Apr 6: Heritage School celebrated its 12th Founder’s Day with zeal and zest here today.
This red letter day marks the achievements of the school and commemorates all those who have bequeathed towards its success.
The celebrations commenced with the invocation of the divine blessings.
A brief history regarding the schools march to success and glory was read. It was highlighted that the school has won the 4th National school excellence Award 2017 in the category of community and collaborative school and best in sports in J&K.
It was also an opportunity to acknowledge the School’s outstanding achievements of the past year and gain an insight into its future.
The best house trophy was lifted by Tradition House. Meritorious students were awarded with trophies for their achievements in scholastic and co-scholastic endeavours.
The shining stars of the day were Jhanavi Raina and Shreyas Magotra (Class I), Sparsh Manhas and Rujla Mahajan (class II), Aarav Punj and Sahaj Satish Sharma (class III), Samikaa Jarangal and Atharav Dabgotra(classIV), Kushan Singh Tanwar and Hasrat Singh(class V), Diya Gupta and Aaron Barthwal (class VI), Arnuv Raina and Siman Balia(class VII), Anveksha Sharma, Agastya Bajaj and Hani Mohd. (class VIII) and Vaibhav Sharma and Sparsh Jandiyal (class IX)
In his address, the Principal applauded the efforts of the staff and exhorted everyone to uphold the values of the school.
Later the school orchestra gave a melodious performance to enthral everyone. The festivities ended with the exuberant rendition of the school song.
