JAMMU, Apr 26: Four persons were injured today in separate road mishaps in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, an elderly man identified as Rattan Lal (65) son of Phagu Ram, resident of Gole Panjpeer and his wife, Santosh Kumari (60), were injured when a bike on which they were travelling, was hit by a car at Canal Head.
An unidentified man of age about 40 years sustained injuries when a bike on which he was going on, was hit by an unknown vehicle at Kool Khurd in Arnia area.
In Bawe-da-Talab area of city outskirts, two bikes collided with each other, resulting into injuries to one of the two motorcyclists. The injured was identified as Deepak Singh (28) son of Ramesh Singh, resident of Barnai.
All the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In all three cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
