JAMMU, Apr 28: Chandershekhar, an eminent Cartoonist from Jammu, has been invited by the prestigious Kerala Lalithkala Akademy to become the part of three-day National Cartoonists Camp being held as part of ‘Caritoon’ on the eve of International Cartoon Day at Durbar Hall Art Centre, Kochi.
Many senior cartoonists from across the country and many eminent international cartoonist are likely to participate in the event which is scheduled to begin on May 4 and conclude on May 6.
The cartoons of Chandershekhar had earlier also won accolades for insightful depiction of characters and soulful humour showcasing distasteful happenings in a very tender manner. He is expert in narrating the complete persona of the subject of his caricature leaving no space to further describe about the character comprised by his immense creativity and imagination.
