Indian Army organised Doda Cricket League concludes

DODA, May 21: Indian Army organised finals of Doda Cricket League at Sports Stadium, here today.
The League was organised by the Army  in close coordination with Civil Administration, District Sports Authorities, JKP  and Health Department.
SSP, Doda graced the event as the Chief Guest. Commanding Officer, Indian Army, Doda, ADC, Doda and other civil dignitaries also attended the closing ceremony.
The final was played between Chenab Cricket Club, Doda and Kashmir Night Riders, Doda, wherein Kashmir Night Riders emerged winners in a close contest.
The winners and the runners-up teams were presented the trophies and prize money of Rs 30, 000 and Rs 20,000 respectively.
Trophies alongwith a cash prize of Rs 25, 000 were presented to the Best Batsman, Best Bowler and the Man of Series.
Four teams which qualified for the semifinals were also presented with sportswear.(PTI)
