JAMMU, May 21: Shemrock Imperial Jourian celebrated Annual Function in the school premises, here today.
MLA Akhnoor, Rajiv Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion.
The function started with lighting of the traditional lamp by chief guest.
Ravi Kumar Gupta was the guest of honour on the occasion, while Vinod Kumar and Mela Ram were the special guests.
Director of the School, Vivek Gupta, Vishal Gupta and Ramesh Gupta were also present on the occasion.
The school premises echoed with “Saraswati Vandana” presented by the girl students, who prayed for peace, wisdom and prosperity.
The students in colourful attires performed dances on various songs. The sweet songs created ‘soothing aura’ in whole premises of the school.
Songs, skits were also framed in the Annual Showcase especially for kids which make them ‘Street Smart’ and improve overall personality of a child. Impressive skit was played by students in the function.
The chief guest, in his address lavished praise on the ‘Shemrock’ family for giving such stage exposure to kids.
