JAMMU, June 9: Dr Jatinder Manhas, Senior. Assistant Professor at Bhaderwah Campus of the Jammu University, has been selected to undergo DIMACS / CCICADA Reconnect 2017 program, to be held from June 11-17, 2017 at Applachian State university in Boone, NC, USA.
He is the first and the only faculty member from remote Bhaderwah Campus to achieve this distinction. During the course, Dr Jatinder Manhas will be introduced to various topics in energy efficiency and reliability of data centers through lectures given by leading researchers and expositors who work in this area. He will work with project faculty and members of the editorial board of the CCICADA and DIMACS educational module series to develop their material into more formal modules addressed to other University Teachers. The training is jointly managed by Applachian State University and Rutgers, the State University of new Jersey, USA.
