Guest lecture organised

KATHUA, Oct 25: In the series of programmes related to deliverance of guest Lectures in Government Degree College, Kathua, today Department of Hindi, organized a guest lecture on adventurous literature, here today.
Dr Manjari Sharma, Research Scientist in Hindi Literature from Agra delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Adventurous literature of Pt Shri Ram Sharma : An Exploration’.
She focused her Lecture on the chief characteristics of “Adventurous Literature of Pt Shri Ram Sharma” highlighting his love for mother nature and his intense study of wildlife in India.
The programme was presided over by Principal, GDC, Kathua, while Prof Gopal Sharma, Dr Avinash Gupta, Dr Janak Singh, Prof PK Rao, Dr Sujata Slathia and Dr Anita Kiran alongwith some other staff members  were also present on this occasion.
In his presidential address, Dr Nater Singh appreciated this endeavour and assured that in future also such programmes will be organised in Govt Degree College, Kathua for the benefit of students.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Dr Sangeeta, Head, Department of Hindi who also presented vote of thanks in the end.
