DUBAI: Team India have slipped to 5th spot in the latest ICC T20 Rankings released here today while in batting skipper Virat Kohli remains static at top.
India who were earlier at no 4 have slipped to 5th with 115 rating points. While West Indies who thrashed India by 9 wickets in only T20 at Kingston on Sunday have climbed to fourth spot from earlier 5th with 117 rating points.
New Zealand continues to dominate staying at top spot, while England and Pakistan also remain at second and third place respectively. Evin Lewis, who played a blistering knock of 125 off 62 against India has moved to 4th spot in batting rankings in T20s, which is led by Aaron Finch of Australia.
In bowling department Samuel Badree of West Indies dropped to fifth place, Pakistan’s Imad Wasim stays static at the number one. Jasprit Bumrah continues to hold the second place, while Ravichandran Ashwin is at no 10. (AGENCIES)
