JAMMU, July 22: 11-year Jammu girl, Aaratrika Singh Jamwal, studying in Delhi Public School Dubai has won the prestigious Sheikh Hamdan Award for her outstanding achievements in academic and extra-curricular activities.
At a tender age, Aaratrika is an impressive public speaker, a Karate Champion, a budding artist and writer, a spirited swimmer and an inquisitive quizzer.
For her outstanding achievement, she was presented a glittering trophy and a cash award of Dirhams 30, 000 (Rs 5, 50,000).
She strongly believes that nothing can substitute hard work, perseverance and dedication and is focused and aims to scale greater heights and make people of Jammu proud.
