RAMBAN, July 25: A man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree in the jurisdiction of Chanderkote police station.
As per police sources, a man identified as Suram Raj, son of Prem Nath of Sawani allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a tree near his house.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and after conducting autopsy at District Hospital Ramban, the body has been handed over to its legal heirs for last rites.
Chanderkote police had taken cognizance in this regard and started investigation to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
