JAMMU, Aug 6: Today around 30 Founders and CEOs of startups from Jammu joined the adventure day long trek organized by Jammu Startup Community in association with Enjoy Unlimited Holidays.
The participants said it was an amazing experience to network and bond, away from the boardroom or a banquet hall in a swanky star hotel.
Rupesh from UCMAS mentioned that “Whenever you go for formal networking events or conferences, you just exchange business cards or maximum get a quick introduction. But, in this trek I actually got to make connections to whom I can call friends.”
The team started early in the morning from Jammu to their destination Shankhpal (Sanasar) and then trekked all the way 10,000 ft height on a picturesque, jaw dropping path. From the top you get to see 360 degree view of soothing Pir-panjal ranges, mighty Chenab river, revered Trikuta Hills and Mata Vaishno Devi.
The core team mentioned that they received a great response from the community the trip was great.
“It was amazing to see so many upbeat, proactive, talented people being themselves at one place”, said Kanav founder of ZonixSoft who is also part of core team.
Jammu Startup Community plans to organize more informal events where startup founders get to rejuvenate and have loads of fun that is much needed in their busy lives.
