JAMMU, Aug 13: A meeting of all India Batwal community was held at Ambedkar Nagar in Batala (Punjab) today in which a large number of eminent persons hailing from different corners of the country participated and constituted their Representative Body namely- The Batwals of India with Kasturi Lal Motan as President, Rattan Lal Lakhotra as Vice President, R L Kaith as General Secretary, O P Sargotra as Joint Secretary, Ravinder Kumar Kaith as Organsing Secretary and S N Kainth as Treasurer.
Those who were nominated as Executive Members included Sub Maj Thoru Ram Mandi, Sub Tilak Raj Motan, Hav Des Raj Kaith, Lal Chand Motan, Bua Dass Bassa, Subash Chander Chanjotra, Kasturi Lal Motan, Rajinder Kumar Kaith, Rajinder Kumar Kaith, Raj Kumar Chanotra, Manjeet Singh Lakhotra, Kimat Lal Kaith and Jag Mohan Kaith.
G R Kaith was chosen as Chairman.
