JAMMU, Sept 9: Inter Army Public Schools Cluster-I Basketball Championship for boys and girls was organized by Army Public School Ratnuchak, which concluded here today.
Eight Schools namely APS Ratnuchak, APS Jammu Cantt, APS Damana , APS Sunjawan, APS Samba, APS BD Bari, APS Kaluchak and APS Miran Sahib participated in the tournament which was held from September 6 to September 9, 2017.
A total of 32 matches were played in the tournament .Two teams for both boys and girls sections contested for the final position.
In girls section, APS Ratnuchak defeated APS Kaluchak to win the title, while in boys section,
APS Kaluchak trounced APS Ratnuchak in a close contest to claim the title.
The chief guest, Chairman APS Ratnuchak and Principal Sonal Sharma gave away the trophies to the winning and the runners-up teams.
