District Jammu Wushu Championship concludes

JAMMU, Sept 10: The 3-day District Jammu Wushu Championship concluded at MA Stadium, here today.
Around 400 players from different schools and clubs participated in the championship.
Today junior and senior boys and girls fought for the yellow metal.
The overall trophy went to Academy of Wushu and the runners-up and 2nd runners-up trophy was bagged by Fight Club and Jodhamal Public School respectively.
Ranjeet Karla, vice chairman District Jammu Sports Council was the chief guest, while Divisional Sports Officer Ravi Singh, Deepak Handa and manager Indoor Stadium, Satish Kumar were the special guests.
The speakers on the occasion lauded the efforts of the Association for holding such events and promoting sports in the State.
